Like with any crop, successful and reliable production demands technology, expertise and knowledge to optimize output, maintain a high and consistent nutritional quality and prevent any contaminations from entering the cultures.
At our state-of-the-art indoor production facility we have invested heavily in expanding our lab-, cultivation and production processes to create a world-class, industrial-scale algae manufacturing. To ensure reliable production of our Happy Chlorella our sealed and fully controlled fermenters operates under a continuous regime, producing consistent high-quality Chlorella biomass. To prevent any risk of waterborne pathogens and other contaminants entering our cultivation process, we only use filtered demineralized water and axenic Chlorella master cultures. These cultivation procedures in combination with post harvesting processes such as homogenization, pasteurization and drying guarantees a premium quality Chlorella product suited as an enriching and functional ingredient for food, beverage and dietary supplement applications.
For freshness, sustained product quality and extended shelf-life, all Happy Chlorella are harvested, processed and packaged in accordance with stringent protocols conforming to Aliga’s Quality Assurance and Management Systems. This enables us to guarantee that every bag produced, packed and shipped from our production facility contains pure, natural chlorella algae with a stable nutritional profile and no traces of herbicides or heavy metals.
